The Girling REIG Team recently reduced the listing price for 222 Onyx to $1,095,000, a reduction of $300,000 from the original list price. This is the lowest price we have seen for a standard lot on the Island for some time. This new listing price also coincides with the upcoming 7/14 release of the Balboa Island Price Index (“BIPI”) which is expected to show another decrease for Q2 2010 lot values. The BIPI tracks Island lot values since 2000 and has shown a steady decline from $2.1mm in 2007.
